Short version

This website does not use tracking cookies or advertising trackers. The only personal data we collect is the email address you give us when you subscribe to our newsletter.

What we collect and why

If you subscribe, we store your email address and the date you gave consent. We use it only to send you news about our games: demo availability, launch dates and discounts. We never sell or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Who handles the list

Our mailing list is run by MailerLite (MailerLite UAB), a hosted email service that acts as our data processor. It sends a confirmation email first (double opt-in), so nobody can sign you up without your agreement, and every email we send contains a one-click unsubscribe link.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe. After that, it is removed from our active list.

Analytics

If we measure visits at all, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not track you across websites. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes basic technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in any email. You can also ask us to see, correct or delete your data by writing to windlanterngame@gmail.com. If you are in the EU or UK, you have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
